UK Delivery Info
- All standard service to the UK takes approx 2-3 working days.
- For NEXT DAY DELIVERY orders need to be placed by 3PM GMT at the latest. Where an item is available for UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY, it will be shipped out the same day providing your order is placed by 3PM GMT.
- Orders placed in the UK on Friday for NEXT DAY DELIVERY after 5PM GMT or over the weekend will be held and will be delivered on the following Tuesday, we do not deliver on public or bank holidays. Next day delivery orders placed over a bank holiday will be dispatched on the next working day following the bank holiday, to be received by the customer the following day.
- We use a signed-for delivery service, someone need to be in to accept your delivery. If there is no one to sign for the delivery a calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done. If the parcel can't be left with a neighbor, the carrier will take it back to the local depot, and leave you a card telling you how you can pick it up or arrange re-delivery.
- We recommend using your work address or an address where someone will be at home to sign for your package.
- Please do not refuse any delivery, refund delivery will incur the cost of the original delivery plus the return cost, any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return costs in the case of refunded deliveries.
- Please note we deliver to the address only and the delivery must be signed for we cannot leave your order in garages, porches or with neighbours. If no-one can sign for your delivery please consider changing your delivery to one where someone can sign for it.
International Delivery Info
- There is no NEXT DAY Delivery option
- All orders to USA or Australia take approx 3-5 working days
- Please order by Tuesday to ensure delivery by Friday.
- We use signed-for delivery service someone will need to be in to accept your delivery. If there is no one in to sign for the delivery, a card will be left where you can arrange re-delivery or to collect from depot.
- Whilst we endeavour to deliver within the stated time, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country.
- When you place an order, we suggest you have it delivered to a work address rather than a home address, as our couriers only deliver between 9am and 5pm, and will require a signature on receipt. Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.
- Please be aware that your parcel can be delayed by customs. We have no control over this, and cannot supply any details why or for how long your parcel will be delayed. So Sexy Fashion will not be held responsible for any customs charges. All charges must be met by the customer if applicable. No refunds will be given for goods seized by customs.
Returns & Exchanges
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
- If you need to return an item(s), please contact our customer service as soon as possible for our depot address.
- Always include the Delivery Note with your returned item(s) stating your reason for return. If you have mislaid the returns sheet please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
- We do not cover your shipping back to us.
- We are happy to accept your return of any garment provided that you return the product in its original packaging, unworn condition, free of perfume, smoke or any other odor with all tags still attached. Your return must be dispatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you.
- Please remember to indicate if you would like a refund or exchange. If you would like an exchange please remember to identify what item(s) you would like to exchange.
- Sales items can only be returned for refund by credit note.
- The Management reserves the right to refuse items returned, if the item does not meet our policy.
EXCHANGES
- If you need to exchange an item(s), please contact our customer service as soon as possible for our depot address.

- You can exchange you’re your item for another size or another item entirely.
- All exchanges are based in stock availability.
- If the replacement item is less expensive than the original, the difference will be refunded back to you via store credit.
- Alternatively you may want to return the original item for refund and then purchase the new lower priced item.
- If the replacement item is more expensive than the original item, you may need to purchase a GIFT CARD for the difference.
- Please let us know you have made the payment as soon as possible.
- Generally exchange can take 2-3 working days to process plus the delivery time to your area.
REFUNDS
- We are happy to accept your return of any garment provided that you return the product in its original packaging, unworn condition, free of perfume, smoke or any other odor with all tags still attached. Your return must be dispatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you.
- Your payment will be credited back to the original purchaser’s credit card. If the item is a sale item, the refund will be made in store credit alternatively it can be returned for exchange.
- Returns for refunds are processed within 2-3 working days of receiving the item. However, card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their process time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
- Store credit refunds will be available immediately after 2-3 days processing and comes in the form of a code on email.
- We do not cover your shipping back to us.
SALE ITEMS
- Sale items can only be returned for refund by store credit note.
LATE RETURNS
- We are happy to accept your return of any garment provided that your return must be dispatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you. Late returns cannot be accepted and may be returned back to you.
Our Policy
WHY WE MAY REFUSE TO ACCEPT REFUNDS OR EXCHANGE REQUESTS.
The Management reserve the right to refuse items returned, if the item does not meet our policy or if the product is in such a condition that the item needs to be reduced in price for resale. We are unable to accept an item where there is evidence that the item has been used or damaged or if it has a mark or scent on it.
Returns or exchange will not be granted on the following criteria, and the item(s) will be sent back to you:
- Marked clothing i.e. make up
- Items have been worn / used and smells of perfume, deodorant, body odor
- Tags are not intact
- Items have not been returned to us within our 14 days return Policy.
- All SALE ITEMS are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned.
- ALL JEWELLERY IS FINAL SALE. WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!
- Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
- Cancellation & Refunds Policy: Your order begins processing immediately after you click Place Order. If you change your mind after your order is placed, we require a phone call or email from you immediately within 20 minutes of placing your order before the order moves into the shipping process. If the order has not been shipped we will refund you immediately to your method of payment. If the order has already been shipped please follow our REFUND POLICY.
Insurance
SO SEXY FASHION insures each purchase during the time of transit until it is delivered to you. A signature will be required for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the purchase.
Important Information
- Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.

- Before we can dispatch your order, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
- Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods where it may take up to 48hours for shipments to be dispatched.
- We recommend using your work address or an address where someone will be at home to sign for your package.
- If you‘re looking for that perfect treat. .. Orders placed on our dresses that cost from £100 will be shipped out in our gorgeously wrapped box.
- Non-Refundable items: Non Refundable item(s) applies to any item(s) on Sale, jewellery and Accessories - Due to hygiene reasons, items such as earrings cannot be returned or exchanged. "Sale" items on clothing can be returned for exchange or store credit only.
- Please note we deliver to the address only and the delivery must be signed for we cannot leave in your order in garages, porches or with neighbours. If no-one can sign for your delivery please consider changing your delivery to one where someone can sign for it.
- Gift codes do not have an expiry date (unless other-wise stated). they are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Once the code value has been used it will automatically expire. Items purchased with a gift code can only be returned for an exchange or credit note.
Tracking Orders
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and shipping service provider. Please note sometimes these emails can be found in ‘Junk Mail’ if they’re not in your Inbox.
